Thank you for shopping with Sugar Sheas. Each order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Heat Disclaimer
Due to the nature of our whipped body butters and oils, products may be affected by warm or hot temperatures during transit, especially in summer months or warmer climates.
Exposure to heat may cause:
- Melting or softening
- Changes in texture or appearance
This does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product.
If melting occurs, simply place the product in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to allow it to re-solidify before use. Texture may differ slightly from its original whipped state.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of heat-related changes during shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Sugar Sheas is not responsible for packages that are:
- Delayed by the carrier
- Lost after being marked as delivered
- Stolen after delivery
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Sugar Sheas is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@shopsugarsheas.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, delays, duties, and taxes. These fees are not controlled by Sugar Sheas and are the responsibility of the customer.
