Return & Refund Policy
At Sugar Sheas, every product is made with intention and care. Because our products are handcrafted and personal-care based, we’ve put the following policy in place to ensure fairness, safety, and transparency for everyone.
All Sales Final on Opened or Used Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including but not limited to:
- Whipped body butters
- Body oils
- Hair oils
- Any personal care or cosmetic products
Once a product has been opened, we are unable to resell or reuse it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@shopsugarsheas.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Unopened & Unused Returns Returns may be accepted on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) are processed back to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Scent & Texture Disclaimer
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, and scent strength may occur. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
